Key points for the installation and use of tire valves

The quality of the new inner tube should be checked before it is installed. If there are obvious hidden dangers of trauma, it cannot be installed; check the movement of the valve core spring and whether there are corners and riveting at the tip of the core seat; the rubber seal should be soft and tight, and the tappet should be correct. The action is flexible to ensure its service life.

When installing the valve core, screw it up slowly, and do not use too much force to tighten it too tightly (no air leakage is enough), so as to avoid the valve core thread sliding buckle, spring failure, and rubber gasket losing the sealing effect; also pay attention to the valve mouth and valve core The movable tappet is flush for easy barometer measurement and valve cap.

Before inflating the valve (including the valve core) should be wiped clean to prevent dust from entering the inner tube; the valve core should not be taken out or loosened during inflation, because the rubber seal ring will gradually lose its function due to frequent screwing out and screwing in.

When measuring the air pressure, the air pressure gauge should be in close alignment with the valve core rod valve. Do not use excessive force to avoid damage to the parts.

After inflating, check whether the valve is leaking. When a leak is found, it should be replaced in time or replaced with a new one. No hard screwing is allowed to prevent the valve core from breaking or difficult to disassemble next time. The valve cap must be installed and tightened reliably to prevent dust and mud from entering the mouth, causing blockage and corrosion, and causing slow air leakage due to spring failure.

When assembling the tire and the rim, pay attention to the position of the valve in the rim hole, and never allow any skew.

When twin tires are installed in parallel, the valves of the two tires should be arranged symmetrically and separated by 180°, and the valves should avoid the brake inspection hole.

When removing the valve core, do not pull it too fast, to prevent damage to the thread. If the inner tube is found to be wrinkled, it should not be installed to avoid friction and damage (if it is installed on the front wheel, the risk is greater).

Before loading the car, a proper amount of talcum powder should be sprinkled on the inner wall of the outer tire for lubrication.

When inflating, the inner tube is slightly inflated to spread out on the inner wall of the outer tube, and then slowly inflated to the standard air pressure to avoid excessive inflation, and then deflate and lower the pressure to cause excessive expansion of the inner tube and reduce the air seal Sex, and easily directly affect the tire.
