How do you install a tubeless valve stem?
The causes of tire leaks include punctured outer belts, damaged inner tanks, and valve core leaks, especially the most troublesome valve leaks. Here to share the replacement of tubeless tyre valve leak.
Step 1: Prepare the necessary tools and a new valve.
1. New tire valve
2. valve remover and valve stem puller.
3. Long handle pliers。
4. soapy water in a spray bottle. 409 or dish soap + water, or etc... just needs to be very soapy/slippery.
5. A car jack.
6. A few blocks of wood like 4x4s. about 2 ft long.
7. An air compressor.
8. A tire pressure gauge.
Step 2: Prepare the tires
1. Remove the tire from the car.
2. Deflate the tire and then use the valve tool to remove valve stems.
Step 3: Push the rubber tire down to expose the valve in the rim.
Step 4: Remove the broken valve.
Step 5: Install the new valve.
Step 6: Re-install tire on the wheel hub.
Step 7: Re-inflation tire to normal tire pressure.
Step 8: Test for leaks.
