The valve core is installed in the inner orifice of the upper end of the tire valve and is a one-way valve that keeps the seal. The valve is used to inflate, deflate and maintain a certain air pressure during the use and vulcanization of the tire. It is an indispensable part of the hollow tire. The valve structure should ensure the following requirements:
(1) It has efficient inflation and deflation performance, easy to check the inner tube air pressure, good air tightness, and no air leakage under the specified air pressure.
(2) It is simple to manufacture, uniform in specifications, and convenient to replace. The rubber will not fail at a high temperature of 100°C and a low temperature of -40°C, and can be fastened to the inner tube.
(3) Abrasion resistance, no rust or no peeling of the coating.
The valve core is a relatively precise part. A slight carelessness in use and maintenance will deform the core rod and cause poor work. Improper use and maintenance can easily lead to undesirable consequences such as thread rolling and blasting due to insufficient tire pressure, which not only affects the service life of the tire, but also endangers driving safety.
