Wheel balancing weights, also called balance blocks, are essential components of any tire installation. They are designed to counteract the imbalances that can occur when a tire is mounted on a wheel. There are several types of wheel balancing weights available on the market.

Types of tire balancing weights:

1. Clip-On Wheel Weights: These are the most common type of wheel weights used by most service centers. They are made of lead or zinc and are attached to the wheel by clipping on to the edge of the rim.

2. Adhesive Wheel Weights: These are wheel weights that are attached to the wheel using a strong adhesive. They are preferred for alloy wheels where traditional clip-on weights are not suitable.
