You may not know that using balance weights to achieve dynamic balance of wheels is actually the last step. As early as when tires and wheels are combined, manufacturers have already considered dynamic balance.
After the tire is produced, a dot will be marked. Most of this dot is yellow. The position of this dot is the lightest part of the tire. Then, there is a place in the hub where the valve core needs to be installed, so the position for installing the valve core is heavier than other places. Aligning the lightest part of the tire with the heaviest part of the wheel hub, the valve, can keep the weight of each part of the wheel as even as possible.
Finally, take the assembled wheels to the machine to test the more accurate quality difference, and then fill the balance weights in the corresponding places. However, it should be noted that the balance weight is generally based on the mass unit of 5g, and the total weight of the balance weight used by each wheel should not exceed 30g at most, otherwise it is best to remove your wheel hub for rounding.
